Abstract:Objective To analyse the application effect of low dose Ropivacaine with different concentration in elderly patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty. Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with knee and hip arthroplasty treated in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2016 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into the control group and observation group according to computer random grouping method, and there were 50 cases in each group. The control group was anesthetized with 0.50%Ropivacaine while the observation group was anesthetized with 0.25%Ropivacaine.The incidence of adverse reactions, total effective rate, mean blood pressure and heart rate between the two groups were compared. Results The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The mean blood pressure of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, heart rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After 0.25%Ropivacaine anesthesia for elderly patients undergoing knee and hip replacement can achieve a significant anesthetic effect.
