Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of intravenous combined anesthesia in painless induced abortion. Methods A total of 124 patients with painless induced abortion in the First Hospital of Putian City,Fujian Province from November 6,2016 to February 14,2018 were selected as the research objects, they were divided into the observation group and control group according to the order of treatment, with 62 cases in each group. The control group was given intravenous Propofol, while the observation group was given Propofol,Fentanyl and Atropine intravenous anesthesia. The anesthesia induction time, awake time, bleeding time, heart rate, oxygen saturation, partial pressure of carbon dioxide and the incidence of complications were compared in patients between the two groups. Results The induction time of patients in the observation group([20.32±1.25]min)was longer than that in the control group, the awake time([15.32±1.32]min)and bleeding time([5.10±0.36]d)were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The heart rate([79.25±0.36]beats/min)and partial pressure of carbon dioxide([40.01±0.45]mmHg)of patients in observation group were lower than those in control group, the blood oxygen saturation([90.36±1.32]%)were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in observation group was 1.61%,which was lower than that in control group(16.13%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Propofol,Fentanyl and Atropine combined intravenous anesthesia in painless induced abortion has high clinical value, can play a significant analgesic effect on the basis of reducing the incidence of complications, and it is worthy of application and promotion.
