Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Pramipexole combined with Levodopa and Benserazide Hydrochloride Tablets in the treatment of advanced Parkinson′s disease.Methods A total of 80 patients with advanced Parkinson′s disease who were admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group (40 cases)and control group (40 cases).The control group was treated with Levodopa and Benserazide Hydrochloride Tablets alone,and the observation group was given Pramipexole combined with Levodopa and Benserazide Hydrochloride Tablets.The control rate of advanced Parkinson′s disease,the simple intelligent mental state examination scale scores,the Hamilton depression scale scores,and the Parkinson′s comprehensive scale scores before and after the intervention,expression ability scores,the memory scores,the reading and understanding scores,time concept scores after treatment and incidence of adverse drug reactions were compared between two groups.Results The control rate of Parkinson′s disease in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in the simple intelligent mental state examination scale scores,the Hamilton depression scale scores,and the Parkinson′s comprehensive scale scores before intervention between two groups(P＞0.05).The scores of the simple intelligent mental state examination scale after the intervention in two groups were higher than those before the intervention,the scores of the Hamilton depression scale and the Parkinson′s comprehensive scale were lower than those before the intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The scores of the simple intelligent mental state examination scale after the intervention in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the scores of the Hamilton depression scale and the Parkinson′s comprehensive scale were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The scores of expression ability,memory,reading and understanding,and time concept of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Pramipexole combined with Levodopa and Benserazide Hydrochloride Tablets has a definite effect in the treatment of advanced Parkinson′s disease.It can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,improve the patients′cognitive function,depressive mood and mental state,and has no serious adverse reactions,which is safe and effective and worthy of promotion and application.
