Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of nursing risk management in the nursing of primary blood donors in schools. Methods A total of 500 first blood donors from November 2016 to September 2017 were selected as research objects, and divided into control group and observation group according to whether nursing risk management was carried out, with 250 cases in each group. In November 2016,250 blood donors who carried out routine nursing management from November 2016 to January 2017 were as the control group,250 blood donors who implemented nursing risk management from May to September 2017 as the observation group. The satisfaction and syncope rates of the two groups of blood donors were compared. Results The incidence of syncope in the observation group was 2.40%(6/250),which was higher than that in the control group 12.80%(32/250),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.543,P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing risk management can made blood donors feel comfortable during blood donation, improve the quality of nursing and reduce the incidence of syncope, which thus is of significant value in the process of collecting blood for first-time blood donors.
