Effect comparison of Flurbiprofen Axetil and Parecoxib Sodium injection in preemptive analgesia and postoperative analgesia in orthopedic surgery

Abstract:Objective To explore and analyze the effect of Flurbiprofen Axetil and Parecoxib Sodium injection on preemptive analgesia and postoperative analgesia in orthopedic surgery.Methods A total of 150 patients with orthopaedic surgery in our hospital from July 2016 to August 2017 were selected,and divided into the two groups according to the random number table,and there were 75 cases in each group.In control group,at 15 min before operation,the observation group was treated with Flurbiprofen Axetil and the control group was treated with Parecoxib Sodium.Pain score,serum inflammatory factors and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The pain scores at 6,12,24 h after operation in the two groups were significantly lower than those immediately after operation (P<0.05),the pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group at different time points after operation (P<0.05).The serum levels of inflammatory factors in the two groups 24 hours after operation were significantly higher than those before operation(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in serum TNF-α,IL-6 and CRP level between the two groups before operation (P>0.05).The level of serum TNF-α,IL-6 and CRP in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group 24 hours after operation (P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.67%,which was lower than that in the control group (20.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Preemptive analgesia with Flurbiprofen Axetil for orthopaedic surgery patients can effectively alleviate postoperative pain,alleviate inflammatory reaction in vivo and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of promotion and application.
