Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of emergency grading and sub-diagnosis mode in the triage of patients with acute pancreatitis(AP).Methods A total of 84 patients with AP admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected and they divided into study group (43 cases)and reference group (41 cases)according to the order of treatment. The study group was implemented the emergency grading and zoning triage mode, and the reference group was implemented the regular mode. The waiting time, treatment waiting time, triage accuracy, treatment success rate, nursing satisfaction and nursing disputes were compared between the two groups. Results The waiting time and treatment waiting time of the study group were shorter than that in the reference group, and the accuracy of diagnosis and success rate of treatment were significantly higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 95.35%,which was significantly higher than that of the reference group(73.17%,P<0.05).The incidence of nursing disputes in the study group was 2.33%,which was significantly lower than that of the 14.63%in the reference group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of emergency grading and zoning triage mode in patients with AP can effectively shorten the waiting time and treatment waiting time, improve the accuracy of triage diagnosis, success rate of treatment and satisfaction of nursing, and reduce the occurrence of medical disputes, worthy of clinical application.
