Abstract:Objective To analyze the clinical application of psychological nursing interventions in the rehabilitation of orphaned and disabled children.Methods A total of 126 orphaned and disabled children treated from October 2015 to October 2017 in our hospital were selected.The subjects were divided into two groups according to the registration number,63 cases each group.The conventional nursing care was applied in the control group;the psychological nursing interventions were applied in the observation group.The SAS(self-rating anxiety scale)points,SDS(self-rating depression scale)points and ADL (activity of daily living)scores were assessed.ResultsBefore intervention,the SAS points and SDS points for two groups were not significantly different(P>0.05).After intervention,the SAS points and SDS points for observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Before intervention,the ADL scores for two groups were not significantly different(P>0.05).After intervention,the ADL scores for observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The psychological nursing interventions can relieve their anxiety and depression and improve the life quality.
