Abstract：Objective To study the application effect of oral orthodontic appliance in clinical practice.Methods A total of 50 patients with oral orthodontic treatment from February 2014 to February 2016 treated in our hospital were selected as the subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,25 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with no bracketing stealth correction technique,and the patients in the observation group after treatment were treated with orthodontic appliance.The effect of the two groups were compared.Results The PAR scores of the two groups were significantly better than those before treatment,and the PAR scores of the observation group were better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the treatment of solid satisfaction(P＞0.05).The satisfaction degree of the comfort,the chewing function,the convenience and the language function of the control group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The treatment of oral orthodontic appliance with oral orthodontic appliance is effective.
