Clinical application value of new ultrasound technology in the cardiac synchronous detection in patients with chronic heart failure

Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the clinical application value of new ultrasound technology in the cardiac synchronous detection in patients with chronic heart failure (CHF).MethodsFrom January 2015 to October 2016,25 CHF patients with narrow QRS wave were selected into observation group 1.Meanwhile,another group of CHF patients with wide QRS wave were chosen as observation group 2.In addition,25 healthy volunteers for physical examinations during the same period were recruited into control group.The Ts-6D-12,SPWMD,Tm sv 16-SD%,and ultrasonic indicators before and after surgery were compared among three groups.ResultsIn the observation group 2,the Ts-6D-12,SPWMD,Tm sv 16-SD%were(131.31±12.17)ms,(154.97±5.97)ms,(12.64±4.97)%,which were all higher than the control group(P<0.05). The outcomes of these indicators were not statistically different from those in the observation group 1.The LVEDD, LVEF,Ts-SD-12,SPWMD,and Tm SV 16-SD in CHF patients in the two groups were all superior to those before treatment with statistical significances(P<0.05).ConclusionThe clinical application value of new ultrasound technology in the cardiac synchronous detection in CHF is remarkable,and is worthy to be popularized in clinical practice.
