运动康复护理对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能及生活质量的影响

摘要目的运动康复护理对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能及生活质量的影响。方法选取我院2015年1月～2017年1月慢性心力衰竭患者80例，随机分成观察组和对照组，各40例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上采用运动康复护理。比较两组患者护理干预后心功能相关指标的恢复效果及生活质量。结果观察组患者心功能恢复优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。干预前，两组患者SCL-36各项指标评分结果比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）；干预后观察组各指标评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论慢性心力衰竭患者采取运动康复护理，在一定程度上能够促进患者的心功能恢复，以及明显改善患者的生活质量，值得临床运用和推广。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the efficacy of exercise rehabilitation nursing on cardiac function and quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods80 patients with chronic heart failure who were treated in our hospital during January 2015 to January 2017 were selected and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given exercise rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group.The recovery effect and quality of life between two groups were compared.ResultsThe heart function of the observation group was better than than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervation,there were no significant differences among the scores of indexes in SCL-36 in two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,those in the observation group were higher than those in the con trol group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionFor patients with chronic heart failure to take exercise rehabilitation nursing,can promote the recovery of heart function in patients to a certain extent and improve the quality of life of patients,It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
