生物型髋臼假体加颗粒打压植骨髋臼翻修术的围术期护理

摘要目的探讨生物型髋臼假体加颗粒打压植骨髋臼翻修术的围术期护理方法。方法本研究所选对象为我院2013年2月～2015年5月收治的50例髋臼假体松动伴中重度骨溶解患者，全部患者均给予生物型髋臼假体联合颗粒打压植骨髋臼翻修术治疗，根据护理方法的不同将全部患者分成两组，各25例。对照组患者选择围术期常规护理，观察组患者则选择围术期综合护理，观察分析护理效果。结果术前，两组患者Harris评分结果比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）；术后两组患者的Harris评分有所提高，与术前比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组Harris评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组患者术后并发症发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在生物型髋臼假体加颗粒打压植骨髋臼翻修术中，给予科学和合理的围术期护理干预，能有效促进恢复髋关节功能，降低并发症发生率，具有临床应用和推广价值。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the perioperative nursing care of patients with acetabular prosthesis combined with particle impaction bone grafting acetabular revision.Methods50 patients with acetabular prosthesis in our hospital from February 2013 to May 2015 were selected,all patients were treated with cementless acetabular components combined with bone graft impaction of acetabular revision,and were divided into two groups according to the different nursing methods,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine perioperative nursing,while the onservation group was treated with comprehensive nursing in the perioperation period.The nursing effects were compared between two groups were compared.ResultsBefore operation,there were no significant differences between the scores of Harris in two groups(P>0.05);after operation,the scores of Harris in two groups were all increased,and compared with those before operation,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).And that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionIn the biological type acetabular prosthesis with particle impaction bone grafting in acetabular revision,give a scientific and reasonable perioperative nursing intervention can effectively promote the recovery of hip joint function,reduce the incidence of complications,it has clinical application and popularization value.
