Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of perioperative high-quality nursing intervention in prevention and treatment of postpartum depression after cesarean section.MethodsFrom February 2016 to February 2017,126 puerperae undergone cesarean section in our hospital were evenly divided into control group and observation group based on the odd or even sequence of the admission. The patients in the control group were given the routine nursing intervention, while in the observation group, participants were provided with perioperative high-quality nursing intervention. The nursing effect between the two groups was compared.ResultsBefore nursing, there was no significant difference in the score of maternal anxiety and depression between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing, the above-mentioned score of puerperae were improved in the two groups, and the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower in comparison with those in the control group, which were displayed statistical differences(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 96.83%,which was higher than that of the control group (84.13%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionPerioperative high-quality nursing intervention has a very high application value in the prevention and treatment of postpartum depression after cesarean section.
