Abstract:ObjectiveTo observe the effect"three-dimensional orthopedic idea"and suegery in the treatment of double forearm fractures,reveal"three-dimensional orthopedic idea"treatmentmechanism and promote the clinical application of"three-dimensional orthopedic idea".MethodsIn accordance with the principle of randomization,86 patients with double forearm fracture from July 2010 to July 2015 were included in this study and randomly divided into two groups. 43 cases of experimental group were treated with"three-dimensional orthopedic idea",43 cases of control group were treated with internal fixation. After treatment for 3 months and 6 months respectively, fracture reduction, healing, forearm function recovery and curative effectwere compared.ResultsAfter treatment for 3months,fracture healing, functional recovery and overall efficacy in the experimental group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).After treatment for 6months,functional recovery and overall efficacy in the experimental group was better that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);after treatment for 6 months, there was no significant difference in fracture healing between the experimental group and the control group (P=0.080).Fracture alignment in the control group was better than that in the experimental group, and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).ConclusionThe use of"three-dimensional orthopedic idea"treating double forearm fractures has the advantages of shorter fracture healing time and good functional recovery etc.,which isworthy of clinical popularization and application.
