Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of endoscopic ligation in the treatment of the gastric ectopic pancreas. Methods From February 2012 to February 2015,100 patients with gastric ectopic pancreas in the Affiliated Hospital of Jiujiang University were selected, and they were divided into control group and observation group according to the treatment, with 50 cases in each group.Patients of the control group were given endoscopic submucosal dissection under painless gastroscopy, patients of the observation group were given ligation operation under gastroscope. The operation time, success rate of focus disappeared, length of hospital stay, incidence of adverse reactions, and one year postoperative recurrence rate of patients in the two groups were compared. Results The operation time, success rate of focus disappeared, length of hospital stay, and incidence of adverse reactions, and one year postoperative recurrence rate of pa tients in the observation group were better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The ligation operation is less trauma and operation time, and fewer complications for patients with gastric ectopic pancreas detected by the gastrectomy, and can achieve the purpose of removal of lesions.
