Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of regardless of the cystic artery with left side of laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods Eighty patients with gallstone from March 2011 to June 2015 in Gongqingcheng People′s Hospital were selected and divided into two group according to the random number method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was implemented with conventional surgery,the observation group was given the operation that regardless of the cystic artery with left side of laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Perioperative condition of patients in the two groups was observed;conditions of surgery-related,postoperative complications,postoperative recovery of patients in the two groups were compared.Results Time of isolated gallbladder and operation in the observation group was shorter than the control group,intraoperative blood loss was less than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01);the total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than the control group,the anal exhaust time and the time of getting out of bed in the observation group were earlier than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the time of postoperation hospital stay in the observation group was less than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Regardless of the cystic artery with left side of laparoscopic cholecystectomy can effectively short the operation time,reduce intraoperative and postoperative bleeding,and postoperative complications,promote postoperative recovery of patients with calculous cholecystitis.
