Abstract:Objective To explore the efficacy of continuous blood purification in the treatment of sepsis. Methods 100 cases of sepsis from January 2012 to December 2015 in our hospital were selected as the study subject,the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by using the digital random tablemethod,each group had 50 cases.The control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with continuous blood purification on the basis of routine treatment.The hospital time,mechanical ventilation time,ICU retention time,28 days mortality was compared between the two groups,and the acute physiology and chronic health evaluationⅡscore,the indexes of inflammatory factor before and after treatment were recorded between the two groups.Results The hospital time,mechanical ventilation time,ICU retention time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.01).Themortality in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The score of APACHEⅡand the level of TNF-α,IL-6,hs-CRP in the two groups after treatmentwas lower than that before treatment,with significant difference(P<0.01).The score of APACHEⅡand the level of TNF-α,IL-6,hs-CRP in the observation group after treatmentwas lower than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion Using continuous blood purification in the treatment of sepsis patients has significant clinical effect,which can effectively shorten the time of the treatment of patients,reduce themortality rate and improve acute physiology and chronic health conditions of the patients.
