成人烧伤脓毒症患者死亡的危险因素分析

摘要目的研究烧伤脓毒症患者死亡的影响因素。方法将2014年2月～2016年2月我院确诊为脓毒症148例烧伤患者作为研究对象，收集所有患者一般资料，根据患者是否存活分组，存活组99例，死亡组49例，对比两组患者一般资料，差异项目带入Logistic回归方程进行计算，分析烧伤脓毒症患者死亡的影响因素。结果收治148例患者中死亡49例，占33.11%，生存99例，占66.89%。生存组患者烧伤总面积、Ⅲ度烧伤面积、首次手术时间、休克情况、吸入性损伤比例以及多器官功能障碍综合征（MODS）比例均低于死亡组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。将上述有差异项目带入Logistic回归方程计算发现，烧伤总面积、Ⅲ度烧伤面积、首次手术时间、休克情况、吸入性损伤以及MODS均是烧伤脓毒症患者死亡的危险因素（P<0.05）。结论造成烧伤脓毒症患者死亡的因素较多，针对性实施良好的干预措施可降低患者死亡率。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo analyze the influence factors and nursing interventions in burned adult with sepsis.MethodsThe clinical data about 148 burned adults with sepsis treated from February 2014 to February 2016 in our hospital was collected and patients were divided into survived group（n=99）and dead group（n=49）.According to the Logistic regression equation,the influence factors and nursing interventions for burned patients with sepsis were analyzed.ResultsThere were 49 dead cases(33.11%)and 99 survived cases(66.89%).The total burn area,third-degree burn area,initial operation time,shock,inhalation injury and MODS for survived group and dead group were significantly different(P<0.05);according to the Logistic regression equation,it was known that the risk factors of sepsis included the total burn area,third-degree burn area,nitial operation time,shock,inhalation injury and MODS(P<0.05).ConclusionThere are the multiple influence factors of burn sepsis.Meanwhile,the reasonable nursing interventions can reduce the death rate.
