Abstract：With the increasing population aging in our country,stroke harm to our national have become increasingly prominent,which has the characteristics of high incidence rate,high recurrence rate,high disability rate,high mortality rate and economic burden,has become the first cause of death in our country.With the development of intravenous thrombolysis in ischemic stroke,the risk factors and predictors of hemorrhagic transformation have attracted much attention.This paper reviewed the clinical risk factors and forecasting index of hemorrhagic transformation in acute ischemic stroke after intravenous thrombolysis.The different clinical risk factors and application value of forecasting index were analyzed,in order to clinicians on whether patients with acute ischemic stroke for intravenous thrombolysis for rapid decision-making and provide for the prediction of the risk of intracerebral hemorrhage after thrombolysis.
