Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing in hysterectomy patients.Methods 50 patients who underwent hysterectomy in our hospital from July 2015 to October 2017 were selected as the subjects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to difference nursing mode.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with psychological nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The visual analogue score(VAS)and the Zung′s anxiety and depression scale were used to determine the pain degree and psychological state of the two groups before and after nursing,and the quality of life in the two groups was compared.Results The pain score of the control group was(5.1±0.8)points,the anxiety score (58.6±1.8)points,the depression score(62.5±2.8)points,the pain score of the observation group(3.6±0.6)points,the anxiety score(49.2±2.1)points,and the depression score (54.6±3.2)points,and the score of the depression (54.6±3.2)points.The abovementioned score of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).The quality of life in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention can reduce pain and improve negative emotions in patients with total hysterectomy,and it can improve the quality of life of patients,and is worthy of popularization and application.
