Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of guiding education in rehabilitation treatment of cerebral palsy(CP)in children.Methods80 cases of infantile CP children in our hospital From January 2014 and January 2017 were selected as research object, which randomly divided into normal group and experimental group,40 cases in each group. The normal group was given conventional rehabilitation, the experimental group was given conventional rehabilitation treatment+heuristic education. All the patients were followed up for one year, and the gross motor function scale(GMFM)score, daily life activity ability(ADL)score, social adaptability score and satisfaction degree of the children were compared between two groups. Results After treatment,GMFM score (95.24±10.78)was higher in the experimental group than that in the conventional group(68.78±12.23),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Experimental ADL scores after treatment in children with (61.24±12.98),social adaptation ability score (4.24±1.78)points were higher than that in the conventional group ([50.95±12.23],[3.01±1.25]),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It is feasible to guide education for children with CP and can improve their motor function.
