Abstract:Objective To explore the influence of comfort nursing intervention on pain and negative emotion in patients with acute pancreatitis(AP).Methods From March 2016 to November 2017,40 patients with APin our hospital were selected as subjects.According to the order of admission,the patients were equally divided into control group and study group.In the control group,routine care was provided,and in the study group,comfort nursing was adopted.The visual analogue scale(VAS)score for pain evaluation,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,and self-rating depression scale(SDS)score were compared in the two groups.Results After comfort nursing intervention,the VASscore in the study group was(2.47±0.65)points,lower than that of the control group(4.61±0.89)points,which was displayed a significant difference (P<0.05).In the study group,the SASscore was(37.04±4.27)points,lower compared to that in the control group,(49.26±4.46)points,the difference was significant difference (P<0.05).The SDSscore in the study group was(40.12±4.53)points,much lower than that in the control group (51.25±4.19)points with statistical significance (P<0.05).ConclusionThe timely comfort nursing intervention for patients with AP can relieve pain,and improve anxiety and depression so as to optimize the quality of care from the psychological and physiological aspects.The clinical effect is remarkable.
