系统护理干预在甲状腺癌手术患者治疗中的应用效果

摘要目的探讨系统护理干预在甲状腺癌手术患者治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2015年6月～2017年7月在我院行甲状腺癌手术的患者110例，按照随机数字法分为对照组和观察组，每组各55例。对照组采用常规护理干预，观察组在常规护理的基础上加入系统护理干预，比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组手术优良率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；干预完成后，观察组抑郁和焦虑得分均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；干预完成后，观察组躯体、心理、生理和社会等功能评分高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论对甲状腺癌手术患者在围术期应用系统护理干预，可有效提升患者的手术效果，改善负性情绪，提高生活质量，值得推广和应用。

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of systematic nursing intervention in the treatment of patients with thyroid cancer.Methods110 cases of thyroid cancer surgery were performed in our hospital from June 2015 to July 2017.They were divided into two groups according to the random number method,55 cases in each group.The control group was adopted routine nursing intervention and the observation group was joined the system nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing,and compared the nursing effect of the two groups.Results The optimal rate of operation was higher in the observation group than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of depression and anxiety in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).After the intervention,the physical,psychological,hysiological and social functions of the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of systematic nursing intervention to patients with thyroid cancer during perioperative period can effectively improve the operation effect,improve negative emotions and improve the quality of life,and is worthy of popularization and application.
