Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of procedural nursing on the nursing quality and operation effect of patients with ectopic pregnancy undergoing laparoscopic surgery. Methods Altogether 100 cases of ectopic pregnancy who underwent laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from April 2014 to December 2015 were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random sequential method,50 cases in each group. The control group was given the postoperative routine rehabilitation nursing. The experiment group was treated with rehabilitation nursing mode based on procedural nursing. The postoperative recovery and patients′satisfaction of the two groups administered with different nursing intervention were compared. Results The patients′satisfaction of experiment group was 96.00%,significantly higher than that of the control group(78.00%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The recovery rate of experiment group at postoperative 1 week was 98.00%,significantly higher than that of the control group(80.00%),with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Procedural nursing can significantly improve the nursing quality and shorten the recovery time of ectopic pregnancy after laparoscopic surgery, which is worthy of clinical application.
