Abstract:Objective To explore the application value and effect of fine management in orthopedic nursing safety administration.Methods A total of 816 patients from June 2013 to May 2014 were admitted to our departmental with fine management compared with 804 patients who did not undergo intensive management from June 2012 to May 2013.The quality of comprehensive care,the incidence of adverse events,the patient′s satisfaction for nursing work were evaluated the role of nursing safety management in the implementation of fine management before and after the fine management.Results The nursing staff′s overall nursing,ward management,basic nursing,nursing documents,nosocomial infections,health education and nursing error scores after fine management were significantly increased compared with the pre-implementation(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse eventswas significantly lower than that before implementation(P<0.05).Patient satisfaction rate was significantly higher than that before the implementation of fine management,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of fine management in orthopedic care can improve the quality of comprehensive nursing,reduce the occurrence of bad care events,improve patient satisfaction with nursing work and promote the development of orthopedic nursing work in safe and orderly manner.
