Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the application effect of performance appraisal in the shared nursing unit.MethodsAccording to the problems and features in managing nurses,the corresponding assessment criteria and content were formulated.In our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017,the performance appraisal system for nurse managers at all levels were implemented,and the score was conducted for implementation and quality of nursing system at all levels,and the patients′satisfaction degree with the nursing work was evaluated.ResultsAfter the implementation,the basic nursing rate,the written qualification rate of nursing documents,the qualified rate of nursing staff assessment,and the achievement rate of nursing plans were all higher than before implementation with statistical significance after comparison(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in health education knowledge,intact rate of first aid items,or qualified rate of special medicine management before and after implementation (P>0.05).After implementation,the score for the implementation of nursing rules and regulations was(99.10±0.96)points,and the score for nursing quality management and continuous improvement was (99.37±1.07)points,which were significantly higher than those before implementation,which were displayed statistical significance(P<0.05).After the implementation,the total satisfaction degree of the nursing subjects was 97.27%,which was much higher than before implementation with a significant difference (P<0.05).ConclusionPerformance appraisal management system in the shared nursing unit is scientific and concise,and can improve the work efficiency of nursing staff and the satisfaction degree on management,also can improve patients′satisfaction degree with the nursing work.
