高危产妇临产期血浆D－二聚体和凝血四项的变化

摘要目的探究高危产妇临产期血浆凝血四项和D-二聚体（DD）的变化。方法选取2016年6月1日～8月31日我院收治的120例临产期产妇作为研究对象，按不同产妇分为观察组（高危产妇）与对照组（正常临产期产妇），每组60例，比较两组DD和凝血四项的变化。结果观察组患者的血清APTT显著低于对照组，且观察组患者的PT、TT、FIB、D-二聚体显著高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论高危产妇临产期的纤溶、凝血功能均发生改变，其中以DD、FIB、TT升高，PT、APTT降低为主，虽然能在一定程度上对产后出血症状进行缓解，但会加重妊娠并发症症状，因此，应对妊娠孕妇进行密切观察，了解动态变化，避免出现严重并发症。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo observe the change of four coagulation indices and plasma D-Dimer（DD）in high-risk parturient women.Methods120 parturients admitted to our hospital from June 1st,2016 to August 31st,2016 were selected as research objects.According to different parturients,they were divided into observation group　(high-risk parturients)and control group(normal parturients),there were 60 cases in each group,and the changes of D-D and blood coagulation of two kinds of parturients were compared.ResultsThe serum thromboplastin time　(APTT)of patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the the D-D,prothrombin time　(PT),prothrombin time(TT)and fibrinogen(FIB)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionFor high parturient women,the fibrinolysis and coagulation function are changed in resulting the increasing DD,FIB and TT and decreasing PT and APTT.Although the postpartum hemorrhage is partially relieved,the complications are exacerbated.The close and dynamic monitoring can avoid the severe complications.
