Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical significance of serum RBP,four items of coagulation and platelet index detection in the diagnosis of severe liver disease.Methods Ninety-two patients with liver diseases admitted into our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were divided into the study group 1 and 2 according to the degree of illness,and there were 46 cases in each group.Among them,the study group 1 was patients with common liver diseases,and study group 2 was patients with severe liver diseases.46 cases of health examination in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected as the control group.The serum RBP,four items of coagulation and platelet indexes were detected in three groups,and the results were analyzed.Results RBP level in the study group 1 and 2 were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The Fib level in the study group 1 and 2 were lower than those in the control group,and PT,APTT,TT were all longer than those in the control group (P＜0.05).In the study group 1 and 2,PLT was lower than that of the control group,and MPV and PDW were higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Serum RBP,four items of coagulation and platelet index detection are of great significance in the diagnosis of severe liver disease.
