美沙拉嗪口服联合结肠水疗、锡类散灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎患者的效果

摘要目的探讨美沙拉嗪口服联合结肠水疗、锡类散灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎（UC）的临床效果及对血清炎症因子的影响。方法选取2015年1月～2017年1月在我院诊断治疗的116例UC患者，按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组，每组58例。对照组给予口服美沙拉嗪治疗，观察组在对照组基础上加用结肠水疗、锡类散灌肠治疗。比较两组临床效果、血清炎症因子水平及不良反应发生率。结果治疗8周后，观察组总有效率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；而观察组显效率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗前两组患者的血清 hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-4、IL-8、IL-10水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。治疗 8周后，两组患者的血清hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-8水平显著低于治疗前（P＜0.05），两组患者的血清IL-4、IL-10水平显著高于治疗前（P＜0.05），而观察组患者的血清 hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-8水平显著低于对照组（P＜0.05），观察组患者的血清 IL-4、IL-10水平显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组患者的不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论美沙拉嗪口服联合结肠水疗、锡类散灌肠治疗UC的效果优于美沙拉嗪单药治疗，能明显抑制炎症反应，并且不良反应相近。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect and influence on serum inflammatory factors of mesalazine orally combined with colonic hydrotherapy and Xilei Powder enema on patients withulcerative colitis(UC).Methods116 UC patients diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 58 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Mesalazine orally,and the observation group was treated with colon hydrotherapy and Xilei Powder enema on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect,serum levels of inflammatory factors and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.ResultsAfter 8 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The serum hs-CRP,TNF-α,IL-4,IL-8 and IL-10 levels of the two groups before treatment had no significant difference(P＞0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the serum levels of hs-CRP,TNF-α and IL-8 in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P＜0.05).The serum levels of IL-4 and IL-10 in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P＜0.05).The serum levels of hs-CRP,TNF-α and IL-8 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05),and the serum levels of IL-4 and IL-10 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＜0.05).ConclusionMesalazine orally combined with colon hydrotherapy and Xilei Powder enema in the treatment of UC is better than Mesalazine simple drug treatment.It can significantly inhibit the inflammatory response,and the side effects are similar.
