Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of hospital information on patients′ medical experience.Methods A total of 98 outpatients in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into experimental group (59 cases) and control group (59 cases) according to the method of drawing lots.The experimental group intervened by hospital information method,while the control group intervened by routine method.The intervention satisfaction,experience scores,anxiety and depression scores of the two groups were compared.Results The total satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The experience scores of registration service,diagnosis and treatment service,nursing service and other services in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Hospital information management can improve patients′ satisfaction and experience,and relieve patients' anxiety and depression,which is worthy of clinical application.
