Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of perianal Crohn′s disease and the related factors of perianal lesions. Methods The clinical data of 90 patients with Crohn′s disease hospitalized in the Department of Gastroenterology of Anhui Provincial Hospital (Affiliated Provincial Hospital of Anhui Medical University) from January 2013 to December 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into the perianal lesions group (63 cases) and the non-perianal lesions group (27 cases) according to whether there were perianal lesions or not. The clinical data of patients with perianal lesions were analyzed and compared with those and without perianal lesions, and the indexes such as sex, age, smoking history, location of disease, disease type, nutritional status, Crohn′s disease activity index (CDAI) score of the two groups were included in statistical analysis to analyze the related factors of perianal lesions. Results There were no significant differences in gender, age, nutrition status, CDAI score between the two groups(P>0.05), but there were significant differences in smoking, location of disease and type of disease between the two groups (P<0.05). Smoking and location were independent risk factors for perianal lesions of Crohn′s disease (P<0.05).Conclusion Smoking and the location of disease are important factors affecting the occurrence of perianal lesions in Crohn′s disease. More active intervention will lead to a greater improvement in the quality of life of patients.
