Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of targeted nursing on restlessness, heart rate and blood pressure during anesthesia recovery period in patients undergoing general anesthesia. Methods A total of 96 patients who underwent surgery and general anesthesia in our hospital from January 2015 to October 2016 were selected as the research subjects. According to their nursing methods, they were divided into the control group and the observation group, 48 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given targeted nursing. The degree of restlessness, heart rate and blood pressure during anesthesia recovery between the two groups were compared. Results The total incidence of restlessness in the observation group was 29.17%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The heart rate, diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group at the recovery stage, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of targeted nursing in the recovery period of general anesthesia patients can effectively reduce the agitation level in the anesthesia period, which is beneficial to the stable heart rate and blood pressure, which is worthy of clinical application.
