Abstract:Objective To study the application effect of perioperative nursing intervention in patients with pregnancyinduced hypertension (PIH).Methods A total of 120 patients with PIH received in our hospital from May 2016 to June 2018 were selected and divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,60 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the study group received perioperative nursing intervention.Negative emotions,pregnancy outcomes and blood pressure were compared between the two groups.Results Self-rating depression scale (SDS) and self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) scores,and the total incidence of adverse preqncmay outcomes in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the systolic and diastolic blood pressure were lower than those in the control group,with statistical differences (P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative nursing intervention can relief the negative emotions of patients with PIH,improve pregnancy outcomes,make blood pressure return to normal,and promote the recovery of patients.
