Abstract:Objective To inquire the effect of 360° seamless nursing on blood pressure management and pregnancy outcome in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension. Methods Seventy-six patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to July 2018 were enrolled in the study. They were randomly divided into the general group (37 cases) and the study group (39 cases). The general group was applied general nursing, and the study group was applied 360° seamless nursing on the basis of the general group.Blood pressure before and after nursing, labor, and delivery outcomes before and after nursing were compared between two groups. Results Before nrrsing, there was no significant difference in systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) between the two groups (P>0.05).After nursing, the SBP and DBP levels in the two groups were lower than those before the nursing,SBP and DBP levels of the study group were lower than those of the general group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The first, second and total labor periods of the study group were shorter than those of the general group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of intrauterine distress, premature delivery, cesarean section, neonatal asphyxia, macrosomia, and postpartum hemorrhage in the study group was lower than that of the general group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of 360° seamless nursing in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension can reduce blood pressure, shorten labor and improve pregnancy outcome.
