Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of seamless nursing intervention on neurobehavior of premature infants. Methods One hundred premature infants admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to December 2018 were selected. They were divided into control group (n=50) and observation group (n=50) according to random number table method. The control group received routine nursing intervention, the observation group received seamless nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing intervention. The neurobehavioral behavior of premature infants was evaluated by 20 behavioral neurometry (NBNA) score and compared. Results The NBNA scores of preterm infants in the two groups at 1 and 7 days after operation were not significantly different (P>0.05).The NBNA score of the preterm infants in the observation group at 28 days after surgery was higher than that of the control group and 1 day after operation with statistical difference (P<0.05).The total scores of NBNA and NBNA extra scores of the preterm infants in the observation group were higher than those in the control group with statistical differences (P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of seamless care is beneficial for the improvement of the neurobehavior of premature infants and is worthy of clinical promotion.
