Abstract：Objective To explore the feasibility of super early comprehensive rehabilitation in the treatment of brain injury in premature infants.Methods A total of 80 cases of premature infants with brain injury treated in our hospital from May 2014 to April 2015 were selected as research objects and divided into routine intervention group(27 cases),early intervention group(27 cases)and super early intervention group(26 cases).The routine intervention group,the early intervention group and the super early intervention group were given the comprehensive rehabilitation treatment at the neonatal period to 3 month old,2 months of age correction and 40 weeks of fetal age respectively.Gesell scale was used the measure the developmental quotient(DQ)at 6,9,12,18,and 24 months of the three groups.The incidence rates of cerebral palsy,general developmental delay and language development retardation were compared among the three groups.Results The DQ scores of large operation,fine operation,cognitive ability,language and social behavior at 6,9,12,18,and 24 months in the super early intervention group were significantly higher than those in the routine intervention group and the early intervention group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence rate of cerebral palsy in the super early intervention group was significantly lower than that in the routine intervention group and the early intervention group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence rate of general developmental delay in the super early intervention group was significantly lower than that in the routine intervention group and the early intervention group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence rate of language development retardation in the super early intervention group was significantly lower than that in the routine intervention group and the early intervention group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The effect of super early comprehensive rehabilitation in the treatment of premature infants with brain injury is significant.It can effectively promote the development of athletic ability,intelligence and language,reduce the incidence rates of cerebral palsy,general developmental delay and language development retardation,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
