Abstract:Objective To study the clinical difference of blood coagulation function in preterm infants of different age. Methods A total of 100 premature infants admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to September 2017 were selected as research subjects.According to their age of admission, they were divided into 0 to <2 d,2 to 7 d (excluding 7 d),7 to 14 d (excluding 14 d),14 d above four groups. The coagulation function indexes such as prothrombin time(PT),activated partial prothrombin time(APTT),thrombin time(TT)and fibrinogen(FIB)in 12 hours after admission were compared. Results Premature infant FIB was (1.88±0.61)g/L,was significantly lower than that of full-term infants(reference neonatal science)(2.69±0.34)g/L,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).With the increase of preterm infants′age,PT,APTT and TT shortened, and FIB increased, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion There are differences in coagulation function indexes among children at different ages. The smaller the age is,the easier the coagulation function is.The monitoring of coagulation function is beneficial for early intervention and treatment, and improve the quality of life of premature infants.
