Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical effect of Aspirin combining with Dydrogesterone in the treatment of patients with habitual miscarriage.Methods By a random number table,140 patients with habitual miscarriage accepted treatment in Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics of our hospital from August 2013 to September 2014 were evenly divided,with 70 cases in each group.In conventional group,regular human chorionic gonadotropin combined with progesterone was applied,while in combination group,Aspirin together with Dydrogesterone was adopted.The therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups.Results The rate of miscarriage,level of IFN-γ and D-dimer,and incidence of adverse reactions in the combination group were greatly lower than those in the conventional group.The values of PT and APTT,and IL-4 level were all remarkably increased in comparison with those in the conventional group(P＜0.05). Conclusion Combination of Aspirin and Dydrogesterone can obtain a definite effect on treating habitual miscarriage,and is beneficial to improve coagulation function and regulate immune status in a low risk of adverse reactions,which has the significance and value of promotion.
