Abstract:Objective To compare the efficacy of combination aerosol inhalation of Budesonide Suspension combined with nebulized inhalation of Terbutaline Sulfate,Compound Ipratropium Bromide Solution for Inhalation in the treatment of pediatric asthmatic bronchitis. Methods Eighty children with asthmatic bronchitis in our hospital from January 2013 to August 2016 were randomly selected, and they were divided into group A and group B,with 40 patients in each group. Group A was given aerosol inhalation of Budesonide combined with Terbutaline;group B was given aerosol inhalation of Budesonide combined with Compound Ipratropium Bromide Solution for Inhalation. The therapeutic effect of asthmatic bronchitis was compared between two groups. Results The therapeutic effect of the group A(97.5%)was similar to that of the group B(95.0%),and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The improved time comparison of cough, wheeze and lung signs after treatment of the two groups had no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of pediatric asthmatic bronchitis, combination aerosol inhalation of inhaled Budesonide Suspension combined with aerosol solution of Terbutaline Sulfate,Compound Ipratropium Bromide Solution for Inhalation can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of children, which achieves better clinical effect and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
