Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of Montelukast Sodium Tablets combined with Budesonide Nasal Spray in treating allergic rhinitis.Methods 150 allergic rhinitis patients from January 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,and each group was 75 cases.The control group was only used Budesonide Nasal Spray,and the observation group was used Montelukast Sodium Tablets combined with Budesonide Nasal Spray.The RQLQ score and the serum index level of IL-6,IL-8, IL-10 in the two groups were compared.Results The score of seven dimensions of the RQLQ scale in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).The levels of IL-6 and IL-8 in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the level of IL-10 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion Montelukast Sodium Tablets combined with Budesonide Nasal Spray can effectively improve the quality life of patients with allergic rhinitis,and reduce the related serum levels.
