ObjectiveTo analyze the effect of fundus laser combined with Calcium Dobesilate in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy.Methods60 patients with diabetic retinopathy treated in our hospital from October 2015 to September 2016 were selected as the research objects,randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group received：fundus laser combined with Calcium Dobesilate Capsules oral treatment,the control group was given fundus laser treatment.The clinical curative effect,systolic blood pressure,hemoglobin,stages of diabetic retinopathy and adverse reactions of the patients in two groups were compared and analyzed.ResultsThe total effective rate of the treatment group (93.3%)was significantly higher than that in the control group (83.3%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The number of diabetic retinopathy stage Ⅱ in treatment group was significantly less than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in treatment group(0.00%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(3.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionFundus laser combined with Calcium Dobesilate has good effect on diabetic retinopathy.It can effectively improve the blood pressure level of the patients,and there is no obvious adverse reaction,which is worthy of promotion and application.
