Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the effect of Azithromycin combined with Carbocisteine in the treatment of acute tracheo-bronchitis.Methods74 patients with acute trachea-bronchialitis treated in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were selected and they were divided into the control group (n=37)and research group (n=37)by drawing lots.In the control group,Azithromycin was used,while in the research group,Azithromycin combined with Carbocisteine was adopted.The duration of clinical symptoms,the occurrence of adverse reactions,and curative effect between the two groups were compared.ResultsIn the research group,duration of clinical symptoms was shorter than that in the control group,and the total effective rate was 94.6%in the research group,which was higher than that in the control group (75.7%),and there was a statistical difference (P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).ConclusionAzithromycin combined with Carbocisteine t acute tracheobronchitis has a significant clinical effect and can shorten the duration of clinical symptoms for patients,improve symptoms without serious adverse reactions,which has a value application.
