Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effectiveness of minimally-invasive cardiac surgery under complete video-assisted thoracoscopy(cVATS).Methods Altogether a total of 56 patients with congenital heart disease admitted in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2016 were selected as objects of this study and divided into study group and control group according to different treatment methods,28 cases in esch group. The study group were treated with minimally-invasive cardiac surgery under cVATS,while the control group were treated with traditional thoracotomy cardiac surgery. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe duration ofsurgery, cardiopulmonary bypass time and aortic cross-clamping time of study group were longer than those of control group, while the postoperative ICU time, ventilation time, duration of drainage and length of post-operative hospitalization of study group were shorter than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative thoracic duct drainage and transfusion volume of study group were less than those of control group;pain scores of study group were lower than those of control group and the incision satisfaction was higher than that of control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of residual leakage and mortality were compared between the two groups, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).ConclusionCompared with the traditional cardiac surgery,minimally-invasive cardiac surgery under cVATS is a safe and reliable surgery with fewer traumas, less bleeding, less blood transfusion, alleviated postoperative pain, quicker recovery and other features. It significantly reduces the clinical blood volume, which has high popularization value.
