ObjectiveTo investigate the application effect of family-centered nursing model in transcatheter closure of children with congenital heart diseases(CHD).MethodsFrom April 2015 to March 2017,80 CHD children undergone transcatheter closure treated in the department of heart disease center in our hospital were evenly divided into observation group and control group according to a random number table,40 cases in each group.In the control group,routine nursing was received,while in the observation group,on the basis of routine nursing,family-centered nursing model was added.The perioperative anxiety and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.ResultsThere was no significant difference in anxiety scores between the two groups(P>0.05).In the observation group,the anxiety scores at the morning of surgery day and being discharged were both lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was greatly lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe family-centered nursing model can effectively alleviate the anxiety level of CHD children undergone transcatheter closure and decrease the incidence of complications.
