Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical efficacy of Terbutaline inhalation therapy for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods60 patients with acute COPD were enrolled in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016,randomized by digital table method, and 30 patients in the control group were treated with inhalation of budesonide,30 patients in the study group were treated with control group based on the use of Terbutaline, the two groups of patients were treated for 1 week, after the end of treatment to evaluate the efficacy and improve the patient′s lung function improvement.ResultsThe total effective rate was 96.7%(29/30)in the study group and 80.0%(24/30) in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);forced expiratory volume (FEV1)and FEV1/FVC were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment, the study group for the indexes above were significantly better than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe efficacy of Terbutaline combined with Budesonide inhalation in the treatment of acute chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is superior to that of Budesonide alone, which can effectively improve the pulmonary function of patients and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
