阿托伐他汀钙治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期的临床效果研究

摘要目的探讨阿托伐他汀钙治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）稳定期的临床疗效情况。方法分析2015年1月～2017年2月我院心肺康复科收治的120例COPD稳定期患者临床资料，依据治疗方式不同进行分组，常规组（给予常规性治疗）60例和试验组（给予阿托伐他汀钙治疗）60例。观察两组COPD稳定期患者治疗前后血气分析结果、6 min步行试验和肺功能情况。结果两组患者治疗前PaO2、PaCO2、6 min步行试验、FEV1、FEV1/FVC、FEV1%Pred 差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05），治疗后常规组和试验组 PaO2、6 min 步行试验、FEV1、FEV1/FVC、FEV1%Pred均高于治疗前，PaCO2低于治疗前，试验组患者治疗后PaO2、6 min步行试验、FEV1、FEV1/FVC、FEV1%Pred均高于常规组，PaCO2低于常规组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论阿托伐他汀钙治疗COPD稳定期患者，可以改善患者血气分析，提高肺功能，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo approach clinical effects of treatment COPD stabilization by Atorvastatin Calcium.MethodsThe 120 cases clinical data of COPD stabilization patients in our hospital from January 2015 to February 2017 were analyzed,which was divided into two group by different treatment methods,routine treatment group(routine treatment)60 cases and experimental group(Atorvastatin Calcium treatment)60 cases.The blood gas analysis result,6MWT and lung function of two group COPD stabilization patients before treatment and after treatment were detected.ResultsThe PaO2,PaCO2,6MWT,FEV1,FEV1/FVC,FEV1%Pred of two group COPD stabilization patients before treatment were no difference(P＞0.05),the PaO2,6MWT,FEV1,FEV1/FVC,FEV1%Pred of routine treatment group and experimental group after treatment were higher than before treatment,PaCO2was lower than before treatment,the PaO2,6MWT,FEV1,FEV1/FVC,FEV1%Pred of experimental group after treatment were higher than routine treatment group,PaCO2was lower than routine treatment group,the difference were statistical significance(P＜0.05).ConclusionThe COPD stabilization by Atorvastatin Calcium,which could improve blood gas analysis,increase lung function,it is worth to be used.
