Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of bronchofibroscopic bronchoalveolar lavage on inflammatory factor and lung function in patients with severe pneumonia.Methods80 patients with severe pneumonia treated in our hospital from February 2015 to December 2016 were selected as subjects,and they were divided into two groups by random number table method,40 cases in each group.Control group was given conventional treatment,while observation group was given bronchofibroscopic bronchoalveolar lavage based on control group.The inflammatory factors and lung function factors were compared between the two groups.ResultsBefore treatment,the STREM-1,HMGB-1,CD11b positive neutrophils,FVC,FEV1and FVC/FEV1were compared of patients between the two groups,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the STREM-1,HMGB-1,CD11b positive neutrophils,FVC,FEV1and FVC/FEV1of patients in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,the STREM-1,HMGB-1 and CD11b positive neutrophils of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the FVC,FEV1and FVC/FEV1in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionBronchofibroscopic bronchoalveolar lavage for patients with severe pneumonia is effective,it can improve lung function and reduce inflammatory response.
