ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of Shenmai Infection on blood pressure and heart rate in carotid artery stenting.Methods60 cases of patients with carotid artery stenosis treated in our hospital from April 2015 to June 2016 were selected as subjects.These patients were divided into trial group and control group randomly,30 cases in each group.Patients in control group receivedroutine treatment,the patients in trial group were treated with Shenmai Injection 3 hours before the surgery until 7 days later.Thesystolicbloodpressure,diastolicbloodpressureandheartrateofbeforetheintervention,1 h after the anaesthesia,24 h and 72 h after the surgery were compared between the two groups.ResultsBefore intervention,the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate of the two groups were comapred,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate of 1 h after the anaesthesia,24 h and 72 h after the surgery of the two groups were higher than those of before intervention,the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate of 1 h after the anaesthesia,24 h and 72 h after the surgery of patients in the trial group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionShenmai Infection could help maintain the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate stable,which is effective and safety and to be worth spreading and further research.
