血清同型半胱氨酸在高血压患者病情评估及诊断中的作用

摘要目的探讨血清同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）在高血压患者病情程度及诊断中的作用。方法选择2016年1月～2017年6月在我院治疗的150例高血压患者作为研究对象，按血压水平分为研究1组（1级高血压），研究2组（2级高血压），研究3组（3级高血压）。另择同期在我院体检的100例健康者作为对照组，比较各组的血清Hcy水平。结果研究组的血清Hcy水平显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。研究2组的血清Hcy水平显著高于研究1组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。研究3组的血清Hcy水平显著高于研究2组与研究1组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。研究组的高Hcy血症者比例显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。研究2组的高Hcy血症者比例显著高于研究1组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。研究3组的高Hcy血症者比例显著高于研究1组和研究2组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论高血压患者的血清Hcy水平显著高于健康者，且随着血压水平的升高，患者体内血清Hcy水平越高，患高Hcy血症的概率越大，因此血清Hcy可用于高血压患者病情程度的判断及诊断。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of serum homocysteine (Hcy)on the severity and diagnosof patients with hypertension.Methods150 cases of hypertension patients in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the research group of this study,according to the blood pressure level divided into the research group 1 (grade 1 hypertension),the research group 2 (grade 2 hypertension),the research group 3 (grade 3 hypertension).In addition,100 healthy people in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group of the study,the levels of serum Hcy in each group was compared.ResultsThe serum Hcy level of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Serum Hcy levels in the research group 2 were significantly higher than those in the research group 1,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Serum Hcy levels in the research group 3 were significantly higher than those in the research group 2 and those in the research group 1,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The proportion of high Hcy patients in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The proportion of the research group 2 of patients with high Hcy blood pressure was significantly higher than that of the research group 1,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The proportion of the research group 3 of patients with high Hcy blood pressure was significantly higher than that of the research group 1 and the research group 2,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionThe level of serum Hcy in patients with hypertension are significantly higher than those of healthy subjects,and with the increased level of blood pressure,serum Hcy level in patients with higher risk of high Hcy hyperlipidemia is bigger,so the serum Hcy can be used for patients with hypertension severity and diagnosis.
