Abstract:Objective To investigate the applied value of multi-phase dynamic enhanced MRI in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant liver lesions.Methods From March 2015 to September 2016,79 cases patients with liver lesions in our hospital were randomly selected as the research objects,both MRI scan and dynamic contrast scan were performed.Combined with postoperative pathological diagnosis,the imaging features of benign and malignant lesions were compared,and the value of multi-phase dynamic enhanced MRI scan in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of benign and malignant liver lesions was observed and compared.Results 105 lesions were detected in 79 patients with liver lesions.The signal of the lesions showed high signal of T2WI and low signal of T1WI.Dynamic enhanced scan showed nodular enhancement at the margin of the lesion.The signal began to strengthen at the margin and gradually strengthened at the center of the lesion.The diagnostic accuracy of MRI multi-phase dynamic enhanced scan in liver lesions was 92.41%,and the sensitivity of diagnosing benign liver lesions was 96.00% and specificity was 86.21%.Conclusion Multi-phase dynamic enhanced MRI scanning technique has higher in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant liver lesions in the specificity,sensitivity and accuracy of treatment to guide the clinical treatment in patients with abnormal liver to make reasonable,it is widely used in clinical practice.
