Abstract:ObjectiveTo study and observe the change status of antioxidation and protein metabolism of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).Methods70 patients with PCOS in our hospital from October 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the observation group,70 healthy women with the same age at the same time were selected as the control group.Then the antioxidation and protein metabolism indexes of two groups were detected,and the detection results of two groups were compared,the detection results of observation group with different severity degree of PCOS were compared too,and the relationship between those detection indexes and PCOS were analyzed by the Logistic regression analysis.ResultsThe serum protein metabolism indexes and MDA of observation group were all higher than those of control group(P<0.05),other serum antioxidation indexes were lower than those of control group(P<0.05),the detection results of observation group with different severity degree of PCOS were compared,there were significant differences(P<0.05),and the results of Logistic regression analysis showed,those detection indexes all had close relationship to PCOS,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe antioxidation and protein metabolism of patients with PCOS are obviously different to the results of healthy women with the same age,and those indexes all have close relationship to PCOS,and they can be as the guidance indexes of the disease.
